    **Customer Service Agent**

    Furniture Care Network Claims Weston Super Mare, North Somerset Minimum Experience **Entry-level** Compensation **17,953.65** We have an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Customer Services Agent within the Concierge Team. Any successful candidate will provide excellent customer service to clients and their customers, keeping the customer at the heart of everything you do.

    There are two opportunities available;

    1x F/T Permanent Contract

    1x F/T 9 month Fixed Term Contract to cover maternity leave.

    Starting salary - 19,555.84 increasing to 21,158.00 following successful probation.

    Castelan is an industry leading National furniture care business who provide customer services and repair services for furniture insurance, commercial services and the furniture retailer market. Based in Weston-Super-Mare, five minutes from the town centre and with great access via car, bus, bicycle or walking.

    What will you be doing...

    Your role is to predominantly take calls from our customers as a concierge service to support the claims centre. You will assist and signpost customers to where the call is intended to go.

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Take calls from our customers on various departments and depending on the nature of the call either handle the customers reason for calling or where appropriate transfer the customer to a claims handler

    Take and make calls in relation to booking appointments for technicians to visit.

    Complete office admin duties during and between phone calls as and when required

    To undertake any other tasks as reasonably requested by the Team Manager, Head of Claims and or Director.

    Our Expectations...

    Able to deal with large call volumes and to multi skill/work blend.

    A working knowledge of Microsoft software applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)

    Excellent telephone manner.

    Possess good communication skills and have maths and English qualifications grade C or above or key skills level 1 2 qualifications.

    Able to work under pressure and be an excellent team worker who leads by example.

    Professional attitude towards, internal and external customers.
