    POSITION SUMMARY

    Provide Administrative Management and HR support services to Delta 12 Operating Squadron and supported units.

    POSITION FUNCTIONS
    • Manages the Military Personnel Data System updates (MilPDS)
    • Oversees the Evaluation Management Systems; manages tracks and processes Officer and Enlisted Performance Reports, Promotions, Decorations, Gains, Losses, Retirements, Separations Unfavorable Information File, Government Travel Card Program (GTC), Sponsorship, Virtual Military Personnel Management (VMPF) and request by Commanders for additional Manpower
    POSITION REQUIREMENTS
    • Coordinate and assist leadership in the establishment of continuity books, policy letters and guidance for future use
    • Provide Subject Matter Expertise (SME) for Personnel Management briefing leadership on status of responsible programs
    • Work closely with leadership and Staff Provide guidance to the Government to help facilitate the submission and/or filing of actions in accordance with applicable regulations
    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
    • Able to obtain and hold a clearance of TS/SCI as required
