    Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Sales and Logistics team as an Entry-Level Coordinator. This full time role will involve supporting various aspects of sales, logistics, and inventory management crucial to the success of our operations.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage order ship dates and ensure timely delivery to customers.
    • Accurately log units ordered and maintain detailed records.
    • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries about products, lead times, etc.
    • Capture leads for potential clients and distribution partners.
    • Conduct market research.
    • Assist in planning and executing domestic and international tradeshows.
    • Generate shipping labels according to individual client requirements.
    • Prepare commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
    • Resolve shipping issues efficiently to ensure smooth delivery processes.

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, or related field preferred.
    • 1-2 years of prior job experience required.
    • Prior experience in the medical device industry, customer service, sales support, or logistics coordination is a plus.
    • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
    • Familiarity with medical device industry regulations and standards is desirable.
