    Job Description Job Description Company summary:Leading global technologies company which develops, manufactures, and markets devices is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join their growing team.

    This is a direct hire opportunitySchedule; Monday to Friday 8:30AM - 5PMOpportunity for over time during month endPay:$22/hr -$25/hr

    Position Summary:
    The Logistics Coordinator will support the warehouse operation. This candidateshould be organized, motivated, analytical, capable problem solver, and possess strongcommunication skills.


    Duties and Responsibilities:
    Provide administrative and operational support to warehouse personnel in processing orders.
    Review order forms for accuracy.
    Create shipping labels.
    Prepare other shipping documentation such as packing lists and commercial invoices.
    Create relationships with external suppliers related to shipping.
    Provide customer service and liaison between other departments.
    Assists in delivery changes/issues.
    Inventory control/management.

    Ensure prompt return of defective items, loaners, evaluation items and travel casesMatching and verifying records such as packing lists, invoices and bill of ladings.

    Ensure accuracy of part numbers, serial numbers, and lot numbers on documents.
    Update records in ERP and CRM software.
    Organize files both manually and electronically.
    Assist in monthly, quarterly, annual closing reports including cycle counts.
    Other administrative duties.


    Qualifications:


    High School diploma or equivalent (GED) requiredKnowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) requiredStrong written and oral communication skills requiredExcellent organizational and administrative skills requiredTeamwork experiences, deadline driven and detail-oriented working style are mandatoryOther Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Data EntryEnterprise resource planning (ERP) experience is preferredLogistics and/or inventory management experience are a plusMedical device experience is a plusCompany Description Marquee Staffing has built a reputation on expert local market knowledge, unparalleled personalized service and the ability to deliver winning candidates and job opportunities.
