    Job DescriptionClient Service Associate
    Reports to: Director of Operations
    Status: Exempt
    Work Arrangement: Hybrid Role

    We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Client Service Associate to join our esteemed wealth management team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional client experiences by providing high-quality service and support.
    Duties:
    • Serve as the point of contact for clients, responding promptly to inquiries via email and telephone during business hours, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
    • Provide back-office investment operations support to financial advisors and their clients via a Salesforce tasking process which may include:
      • Open new accounts
      • Money movement requests
      • Account transfer submission
      • Address changes
      • Client distributions and RMD's
      • Client contributions and deposit
      • General service requests
      • Insurance and annuity service requests
    • Work closely with custodial firms including Schwab and PKS
    • Handle office administrative tasks including but not limited to opening, sorting, and scanning physical mail as needed
    • Assist advisors in preparing for client reviews by creating agendas, compiling notes and digital files from prior meetings, and ensuring that online accounts are accurate and up to date
    • Coordinate with different internal groups to ensure smooth functioning of various processes
    • Document and track tasks to completion
    • Identify efficiency opportunities

    Minimum Education:
    • College degree

    Skills and Experience:
    • Self-starter and motivated to learn
    • Familiar and competent in the Windows suite of programs
    • Embraces working on a team
    • Strong communication with clients both verbally and written
    • Familiarity with Salesforce preferred
    • Knowledge of custodial platforms (not required)
    • Industry licensing (not required)
