Additionally, we provide service programs that include comprehensive solutions to drive clients projects to completion.

    Our mission is to make research possible. That starts by employing a talented and highly qualified group of experts that develop the tools to support research scientists.

    Currently, we are looking to add a Customer Service Representative (9:30 AM to 6:00 PM SHIFT) to the team:

    **Responsibilities and Duties**

    Promptly handle incoming calls from current and prospective clients

    Maintain records of client history: Interactions, transactions, inquiries, complaints, comments and plans of action

    Process and bill orders received by phone, fax, email, website and mail

    Maintain weekly international shipments to assigned distributors

    Maintain accurate and detailed records and database entries

    Set up new customer prepay accounts

    Remain aware of product back orders and special orders

    Act as a liaison between various departments

    Observe safety, security and regulatory procedures

    Maintain compliance with all company policies, plans and procedures

    **Requirements**

    Education Associates Degree preferred

    Experience Minimum two years customer service required

    Dependable and punctual

    Communicate clearly and effectively

    Ability to prioritize tasks, be organized and pay attention to detail

    Ability to work independently

    Strong computer skills

    Positive attitude, willingness to learn, assist in other duties as assigned
