- Lead regional sales team to achieve annual business objectives and increase turnover and profit.
- Collaborate with global Key Account Managers (KAMs) and Tender Management group to prepare and negotiate competitive quotations and contracts.
- Act as the primary local customer interface, addressing customer needs, resolving disputes, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region's offered services.
- Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders to ensure proper information flow and identify new synergies and opportunities.
- Ensure accurate data input and management in the CRM system.
- Run business forecasts for the region and compile performance reports from finished projects.
- Represent the company at relevant Wind Industry events.
