Robur Group USA (ROBUR) is actively seeking a dynamic and experienced North America Recruiter with a focus on Wind Turbine Energy Services.

This role, based in Katy, TX, will provide crucial recruitment support across the USA and Canada within the Wind Energy sector, reporting to the North America Human Resources Manager.


Role Overall Purpose


Support the ROBUR business in North America by fulfilling the overall recruitment management function for ROBUR business operations in the USA and Canada.

Initially focused on wind turbine inspection, repair, and maintenance business in North America, the role will evolve to oversee all Robur Group business recruitment activities throughout North America.


Core Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Management Team to develop job descriptions and ensure a comprehensive recruitment strategy.
  • Promote and enhance ROBUR's brand and reputation through effective recruitment practices.
  • Develop job descriptions and ensure a comprehensive recruitment strategy.
  • Leverage the inhouse Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Indeed Recruiter, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Partner with Field Operation team members to establish a flow of referrals and utilize diverse platforms for sourcing top talent in North American Wind Energy.
  • Create employee resumes for all employees involved in customer projects using the company's standard template, ensuring consistency and professionalism in presenting their skills, qualifications, and relevant experience.
  • Collaborate with the North America Human Resources Manager to fulfill the onboarding process and assist in the employee performance appraisal process.
  • Ensure alignment with business strategies and awareness of labor market conditions by staying updated on recruiting trends within Wind Energy Services. Involvement may encompass duties such as affiliating with American Clean Power, participating in industry committees, and attending panels.
  • Periodic reporting on defined HR Key Performance Indicators and notable/trending
personnel issues.

  • Monitor and report on resource pool utilization and identifies strategies/ opportunities for efficiency improvement.
  • Assist in company compliance monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives.

Education, Key Requirements, Experience and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in business management, human resources management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience, with 3 years preferred in the bluecollar field service industry.
  • Agility and creativity in implementing sourcing and recruitment strategies.
  • Experience working with ATS' and recruitment technology.
  • Proven performance in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing deals within recruitment.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Spanish language proficiency is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Thorough knowledge of employmentrelated laws and regulations.
  • Proficient with Microsoft 365.
