Customer Service Representative (gn) for our international client in
Hillcrest, IL through
direct placement.

Your responsibilities:


  • You will provide advice to customers on fastening systems, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Processing orders and managing order fulfillment, including coordinating delivery quantities and dates using SAP R
  • You will support the sales team and collaborate with colleagues to conduct sales analyses and crossselling
  • You will maintain master data for prices and customer information
  • You will handle complaints and returns diligently, providing customers with prompt assistance

What you bring:


  • You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship
  • You are communicative
  • You have a good technical understanding
  • You have good MS Office skills
  • You have experience with the SAP R/3 SD module
  • You have good English skills
