ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Qualified individuals must have the ability (with or without reasonable accommodation) to perform the following duties:Develops digital marketing strategy by working with director of marketing and channel marketing managers, understands trends and market insights, understands business dynamics to quickly adjust programs, identifies customers and their current and future needs, and monitors the competitionPlans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaignsDesigns, builds, and maintains our social media presence in multiple channels and multiple profilesMeasures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs)Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insightsBrainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketingPlans, executes, and measures experiments and conversion testsCollaborates with internal channel marketers to create landing pages and optimize user experienceUtilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch pointsDevelops digital marketing needs and recommending software, platforms and agency resources as needed to complete assigned goalsOversee management of website updates, design, and user experience on all digital channels for multiple brand websitesMonitor daily messaging and social media postsDevelop effective, cohesive, and engaging brand messaging by working with brand channel marketing managersAnswer AHF Products customer questions and concerns when needed or necessaryConduct and report analysis of all websites, SEO/SEM, digital advertising, and social media traffic and suggest course correcting actions to address any issuesEstablish and monitor ROI and KPIs as established by the marketing teamCreate, maintain, and implement digital marketing and editorial calendars across all marketing channelsManages content development and curationManages influencer marketing program and agencies to deliver quality promotions of AHF Products brands and collectionsIdentify trends to enhance marketing and sales productivity and effectivenessKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, &
ABILITIES:
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate a purchaseCreating and maintaining agency relationshipsEducating and coaching others to understand digital marketing principles and tacticsProficient in managing processes across several markets and initiativesSelf-motivated and customer focusedProficient in requesting and understanding marketing research and statistical analysisAble to develop budgeting and strategic planning across various markets and channelsExcellent organization and communication skills
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, digital marketing, or a related field.
Master's degree a plus, but not required5+ years of experience in marketing; with at least 3 years in digital marketingProven work experience in digital marketing, particularly within the residential and commercial flooring industry a plus, but not requiredDemonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, PPC, eCommerce, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaignsExperience in optimizing landing pages and user funnelsExperience with A/B and multivariate experimentsSolid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Data Studio, SEMRush, etc.)Working knowledge of inbound marketing, marketing automation, CRM tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Eloqua, SugarCRM, ExactTarget, etc.)Working knowledge of ad serving toolsWorking knowledge of setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search enginesWorking knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraintsKnowledge of media editing software (Adobe Creative Suite)Google Ads Certification preferred, but not requiredWorking knowledge of web design principles, best practices, and content management platformsDemonstrated ability to develop and execute sales and marketing strategiesPHYSICAL DEMANDSThe demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
