The OpportunityThe Arias Group ) at CZ Biohub San Francisco explores the molecular mechanisms of virus-host interactions in cells infected with medically relevant viruses. Our overarching objective is to reveal molecular dependencies that can be targeted for developing broad-spectrum antivirals. We invite a dynamic and dedicated Scientist to enrich our team, someone keen to explore the intricate molecular interplay within virus-infected cells.
This role is a confluence of multiomics analysis, comparative virology, and bioinformatics to uncover the mechanisms viruses use to hijack cellular machinery and identify potential targets for antiviral therapies.

Compensation
New hires are typically hired into the lower portion of the range, enabling employee growth in the range over time.
To determine starting pay, we consider multiple job-related factors including a candidate's skills, education and experience, market demand, business needs, and internal parity.
