    Job Description

    Job DescriptionUnited Way of the Greater Lehigh Valley raises $30M in revenue annually to support health and human services in Lehigh, Northampton and Carbon Counties. $25M of this revenue comes from private donors through our annual campaign, largely driven by contributions made by employees through their workplace campaigns at employers in the Lehigh Valley.

    This position is responsible for managing a portfolio of those workplace campaign accounts and donors. It is full time, salary exempt and reports to our Director of Workplace Engagement, Shaun Marakovits.

    Annual salary range is $57k to $60k plus annual bonuses of up to 6% of salary based on org-wide performance metrics.

    Responsibilities

    Responsibilities include building relationships with stakeholders at workplace accounts, assisting in managing and growing donations from employees at those accounts, making presentations to groups of workplace account employees and the cultivation of new workplace accounts.


    Requirements
    3 plus years professional work experience in donor solicitation, sales, customer service or account management.
    Your own transportation to various locations in Lehigh, Northampton and Carbon Counties.
    Able to work in person in Allentown, PA and surrounding areas, sometimes outside of normal business hours.
