Description
We are a well-funded SaaS start-up in the compliance management, certification, and licensing space looking for an amazing Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our growing team.
Responsibilities:
Onboard new customers and maintain a world-class experience for existing customers.
Act as a primary point of contact for customers, building trusted relationships to maximize retention and product adoption.
Engage in regular, proactive outreach to customers in all stages of their journey - from initial onboarding to growth & expansion and through retention & renewal.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.Configure platforms for customers and explain how our platform's functionality can support their business needs.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to ensure timely delivery.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree and 3-8 years of experience in B2B customer-facing role such as Customer Success or Account Management
Excellent multitasking and project management skills
Well-organized, with high attention to detail, and ability to prioritize work
Confident, high energy, self-motivated and a true team player
Possess strong phone, written, and verbal communication skills with excellent presentation skills
Experience working with senior and executive-level customer contacts
Demonstrated ability and desire to work and excel in a fast-paced environment
