- Onboard new customers and maintain a world-class experience for existing customers.
- Act as a primary point of contact for customers, building trusted relationships to maximize retention and product adoption.
- Engage in regular, proactive outreach to customers in all stages of their journey - from initial onboarding to growth & expansion and through retention & renewal.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
- Configure platforms for customers and explain how our platform's functionality can support their business needs.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to ensure timely delivery.
- Bachelor's degree and 3-8 years of experience in B2B customer-facing role such as Customer Success or Account Management
- Excellent multitasking and project management skills
- Well-organized, with high attention to detail, and ability to prioritize work
- Confident, high energy, self-motivated and a true team player
- Possess strong phone, written, and verbal communication skills with excellent presentation skills
- Experience working with senior and executive-level customer contacts
- Demonstrated ability and desire to work and excel in a fast-paced environment
