    We have an exciting opportunity for a highly driven real estate inside sales agent who has a talent for turning leads into lifelong customers. Our ideal applicant is an excellent communicator with a proven track record of sales success. This is a good stepping stone opportunity to become a listing agent: leads, listings, leverage.     Compensation:

    $85,000 - $130,000 at plan

    Responsibilities:
    • Hunt, manage, and qualify inbound sales inquiries to convert leads to appointments so agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently
    • Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the geographical area to expand our sales region
    • Put up-to-date information on clients into the database system so agents have the most accurate and current data
    • Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone calls, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate real estate qualified leads
    • Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales key metrics to ensure sales goals are met
    • Team and individual sales
    • Lead generation
    • Lead follow up

    • Utilize CRM's
    • Set appointments
    • Close appointments
    • Grow into a lead buyer or listing agent
    • Sales scripts
    Qualifications:
    • High school diploma required, bachelor's degree preferred
    • Must have a valid U.S. driver's license and can travel by car
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Candidates must have or be pursuing a real estate license
    • A real estate license required
    • Superb communication
