Thanks to our solution, companies and their employees can easily and quickly create and share videos for a variety of use cases.

Our clients include well-known companies such as Allianz, BMW, Evonik, Ernst & Young, Fraunhofer Institute, and DB Schenker, among others.

Responsibilities:

Good communication is our top priority
Leading the CS team
Establishing important processes and communication workflows, including:
Strategic and operational support for our clients

- o User enablement: ensuring that clients can and want to use StoryBox optimally
- o Onboarding, introduction, and support for clients, as well as conducting client workshops
- o Supporting and taking on projects for the further development of the Customer Success team
- o Deriving customer needs into product requirements
- o Technical set-up of our clients' accounts and development of various image and video elements
- o Maintenance and creation of content for the knowledge database (creating videos)
