Joseph's Foundation Eisingen non-profit GmbH offers residential care, assistance, therapy, and work and employment for over 400 people with intellectual disabilities in the districts of Würzburg and Aschaffenburg.

Our workshop for people with disabilities in Eisingen provides jobs for currently 230 intellectually disabled employees.

For the workshop for people with disabilities (WfbM) we are looking for a


Group Leader (m/f/d)
in full-time with 39 hours/week, fixed-term until


Your tasks:


  • Management and support of employees in a work group
  • Independent organization and work planning
  • Customer care and order processing
  • Professional discussions with clients, colleagues, caregivers, and family members
  • Comprehensive care for clients and nursing tasks
  • Coordination with the accompanying service
  • Customer care and order processing
  • Participation in quality management (according to DIN ISO and AZAV)

Your profile:


  • Completed training as a carpenter (m/f/d), electrician (m/f/d), metalworker (m/f/d), or comparable qualifications
  • Further training as a master or technician is an advantage
  • High social empathy and social commitment in dealing with our employees with disabilities
  • Independent, reliable, and structured way of working
  • Proficiency in written and spoken language and in handling common PC office programs
