- Support and track budgets for overall event/tradeshow spend
- Provide regular updates to keep all stakeholders abreast of upcoming events and deadlines
- Coordinate the logistics of the exhibit property, including maintenance of the trade show exhibit, demonstration equipment and all accessories
- Work with market area marketers on a post-show analysis, including metrics
- Recognize opportunities to sponsor conference sessions that align with organizational marketing goals
- Coordinate and support tradeshow and event management functions
- Help manage all trade show/event supplier relationships to deliver programs, services and support resources to meet and exceed expectations by providing memorable experiences
- Help negotiate all supplier/hotel/venue contracts, scope and manage budgets, and purchase order process with our Marcom (Marketing and Communications) team
- Collaborate with the KSB market areas providing best practices, templates, etc. to use with their sales counterparts to enhance communication
- Manage time and create an action calendar for tradeshow and event deadlines (assortment, displays, graphics, etc.)
- Coordinate the planning and logistics of trade shows/events/meetings for the North American Region
- Align resources to support all events, including communications, speakers, AV equipment and staging, registration, hotel arrangements, giveaways and gifts, etc
- Curate B2B Tradeshows, event requests and organization participation level (s)
- Responsible for coordinating and registering all participants
- Assist with additional duties and responsibilities as requested
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience AND a minimum of 7 years experience managing large and small-scale events and tradeshows
- Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Excel and project management software
- Primarily desk-type duty except in tradeshow settings where some physical movement, standing and light lifting will be required
- Graphic design skills and working knowledge of standard graphic design programs is preferred

Job Title: Trade Show & Events Coordinator (Remote)
Reports To: Director, Marketing & Communications
Location: Remote
Summary:
The Trade Show and Events Specialist is responsible for strategizing, executing, and handling post-analysis for multiple tradeshows, events and meetings throughout North America. To be successful in this role you will be highly organized, influential and polished while focusing on driving results and delivering engaging experiences. You will be a part of the North America Region Marketing and Communications Team reporting to the Regional Director. KSB is a highly-matrixed environment with critical internal and external stakeholders, you should be comfortable working in this model.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
This role follows a hybrid framework requiring work from home, some in-office/s work, and the ability to travel up to 35% of the time.
