- Provides leadership, management, and execution of all administrative duties for the efficient operation of the Division office.
- Supports administrative needs of the Division Director as well as assisting all Division personnel.
- Creates, maintains and updates assigned program schedules for contract deliverables and key events.
- Responsible for process development, dissemination, training and coordinating of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) necessary for program execution with all subcontractors supporting Division programs.
- Coordinates with Division and sub-contractor Facility Security Officers (FSO) to assist Division program personnel obtain and maintain security clearances.
- Provides assistance in responding to all administrative requirements; meeting all staffing efforts including administering and scheduling interviews, contacting candidates, gathering and storing resumes; and assisting corporate Human Resources staff in administering to the needs of the Division personnel.
- Responsible for all customer communications regarding the on-boarding of program personnel.
- Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) administrator for all Division programs. Initiates requests, tracks, reports, and coordinates return of all GFE.
- Responsible for GFE annual physical inventory and report.
- Reviews program travel requests and estimates to ensure adherence to the Joint travel Regulations and contractual requirements for all Division programs.
- Reviews, codes and recommends approval of all program personnel expense reports to Division leadership.
- Reviews, codes and maintains a log of all vendor invoices for all programs in the Division portfolio.
- Manages and meets all infrastructure (information technology, supplies, equipment) requirements.
- Monitors and manages all Department of Defense (DoD) required training requirements to ensure compliance across all Division programs.
- Responsible for submitting Red Hat Training requests for the Division program personnel via DLT portal.
- Supports IT and other infrastructure needs of internal and external personnel assigned to the Division, providing coordination and other support with headquarters and shared service staff.
- Provides support to offsite staff and offices of the Division. Coordinates closely with personnel in communications and outreach.
- Provides input to monthly status reports on GFE and training compliance.
- Supports Division Program Managers with monthly and quarterly reports as needed.
- Communicates findings and recommendations on critical initiatives to appropriate internal parties.
- Ensures timely completion and distribution of required documentation.
- Performs research and prepares studies as required.

- Assists in the creation of presentations outlining the programs strategies, products and results associated with internal goals.

- Organizes work activities to ensure timely completion of assigned responsibilities.
- Fosters positive work relationships with customers, co-workers, and visitors.
- Must be able to work with both technical and non-technical team members and customers, tailoring messages appropriately.
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance.

- Bachelors Degree or a minimum of 10 years professional work experience.
- A minimum of five years administrative experience in managing and administering the needs of an office environment including record keeping and document processing.
- Experience in program management a plus.
- Familiarity with the Joint Travel Regulations.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
- Ability to operate standard office equipment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision.
- Ability to coordinate several activities at once, quickly analyze and resolve specific problems and cope with deadlines effectively.

Job Description
SUMMARY
The Program Support Specialist supports all areas of the Division.
This position will assist in management and oversight of the Division offices and assist Division leadership in the execution of all programs in the Division portfolio.
The Program Support Specialist will administer, manage, and lead all internal and externally facing corporate functions related to the daily activities of the office, its overhead, and direct contract personnel.
Meets the infrastructure and resource needs enabling efficient operation of the office. Support all internal and external communications.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Position consists of sitting for long periods of time, using hands/fingers, handling, reaching with hands and arms, talking, hearing and seeing up close, at a distance, along the periphery, with depth perception and the ability to focus; occasional walking or standing, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, and lifting boxes weighing up to 30 pounds.
Moderate to extended periods of office work with heavy periods of computer usage. May be assigned occasional to moderate periods of analytical tasks requiring extensive reasoning abilities.It is Katmai Government Services, LLCs and Katmai Technical Services, LLCs business philosophy and practice to provide reasonable accommodations, according to applicable state and federal laws, to all qualified individuals with physical or mental disabilities.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Work is performed in a professional office setting including the normal office equipment (computer, fax machines, copier) and with a wide variety of people in differing functions, personalities and abilities.
WORK SCHEDULE
40 hours per week and occasional overtime.
