    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cybersecurity Analyst to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information security, with experience in risk assessment, vulnerability management, and incident response. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about cybersecurity and wants to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic and growing company.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and threats to our systems and data

    Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to protect against cyber attacks

    Monitor network and system activity for any suspicious or unauthorized behavior

    Respond to security incidents and conduct thorough investigations to determine the root cause

    Stay up-to-date on the latest security threats and trends, and make recommendations for improvements to our security measures

    Collaborate with other teams to ensure that security is integrated into all aspects of our operations

    Provide training and guidance to employees on best practices for maintaining a secure work environment

    Participate in the development and maintenance of disaster recovery and business continuity plans

    Assist with compliance efforts and ensure that we are meeting all relevant industry and regulatory standards

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

    Minimum of 3 years of experience in cybersecurity or a similar role

    Strong knowledge of security protocols and best practices, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption methods

    Experience with vulnerability management tools and techniques

    Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as HIPAA, GDPR, and PCI DSS

    Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

    Ability to work independently and in a team environment

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH are a plus
