    We are seeking a skilled Systems Administrator with expertise in Microsoft technologies to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing, maintaining, and optimizing Microsoft-based systems and infrastructure. The Systems Administrator will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of our IT environment.


    Responsibilities:

    • Administer, configure, and maintain Microsoft server operating systems including Windows Server 20XX, Active Directory, and related services.
    • Manage and maintain Microsoft Exchange Server for email communication, including mailbox administration, security, and performance monitoring.
    • Monitor and optimize Microsoft SQL Server databases for performance, availability, and data integrity.
    • Configure and manage virtualization platforms such as Hyper-V or VMware for server virtualization.
    • Implement and manage Microsoft Azure or other cloud services for infrastructure deployment and management.
    • Administer and maintain Microsoft Office 365 suite including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Teams.
    • Manage and troubleshoot network services such as DNS, DHCP, and VPN connectivity.
    • Implement and maintain security measures including firewalls, antivirus, and intrusion detection/prevention systems.
    • Perform regular backups and disaster recovery planning for Microsoft-based systems and applications.
    • Collaborate with IT team members and other stakeholders to implement technology solutions that meet business requirements.
    • Provide technical support and assistance to end-users, resolving IT-related issues in a timely manner.
    • Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps for reference and training purposes

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
    • 3+ years of experience in a Systems Administrator role, with a focus on Microsoft technologies.
    • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft server operating systems, Active Directory, and Group Policy management.
    • Experience managing Microsoft Exchange Server and Office 365 environments.
    • Proficiency in managing and optimizing Microsoft SQL Server databases.
    • Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as Hyper-V or VMware.
    • Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Entra is a plus.
    • Strong understanding of network protocols and services including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
    • Certifications such as MCSA, MCSE, or equivalent are highly desirable. .
