The Association of Social Therapeutic Facilities Lübeck e.V. provides professional support for independence for children, adolescents, and adults with mental impairments in South Bethlehem. We operate our facilities both inpatient and outpatient, as well as mobile, and are the provider of afternoon care and school support at schools in South Bethlehem. Established for many years, we are represented at eight locations with around 80 employees (m/f/d) as a member of the Paritätischer Wohlfahrtsverband.

  • Supporting the development of children through social learning in groups
  • Accompanying academic support and parental work
  • Comprehensive care and support
  • Working towards the goals of individual care plans, which are created in cooperation with the Youth Welfare Office
  • Creating reports and documentation
  • Educators, social care workers, or a comparable qualification. We assess suitability according to § 19 of the Children and Youth Facilities Ordinance - KJVO
  • Ability to conduct qualified conversations with clients
  • Knowledge of social group work
  • Knowledge of a wide range of intervention possibilities
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
  • Professional experience desirable
  • Teamwork skills
  • Resilience, flexibility, and ability to work independently
  • Experience with MS
