Introduction:

To expand our project team for our client's property in the logistics sector, we are looking for you to join SPIE Efficient Facilities GmbH as of now.

Tasks:

Ensuring the proper technical condition of the technical systems to be maintained
Independent inspections, maintenance and testing of building systems (e.g. heating / air conditioning / ventilation / plumbing)
Proactive repair and maintenance
Accompanying and supporting technical operations for the client
Digital documentation of performed tasks via mobile devices (e.g. maintenance protocols)

Your profile:

Technical education, e.g. as a HVAC technician / mechatronics technician for refrigeration technology / central heating and ventilation builder / gas and water installer or equivalent qualification
Customer-oriented, dedicated employees who value teamwork and reliability
Ideally with some professional experience, but also open to entry-level or technically skilled career changers with a desire for further training
German language skills at level B2 / driver's license class B
Knowledge of English is a plus
