    Overview
    Serve as the primary client contact and ensure successfuldelivery oflivingHRproduct and solutions. This role isinstrumental in maintaining a high level of clientsatisfaction. Collaborate closely with Principal and clientstakeholders to allocate resources, prioritize initiatives,and achieve project goals within defined budgets andtimelines. You will also lead the project team in delegatingand coordinating essential tasks.
    Impact

    Partner with principal to build and maintain strong accountrelationships byproviding quality work that wows the clientanddrives strategic impact demonstrated through clientKPIs (eNPS, turnover/attrition, career pathratio, time to fill,etc.)
    Leverage data across people analytics, survey data, compensation data, and business financial data to provide insights and recommendations to internal and external clients through data storytelling
    Continuously improve client satisfaction demonstratedthroughlivingHRservice delivery KPIs(NPS, client retention,account growth, client referrals, etc.)
    Execute strong project management skills andorganizationthat informs accurate reporting and leads tooverallhealthyaccounts
    Effectively delegate to and coach team members, ensuringwork is being done at the right level and team membersgain exposure and development across allproduct andsolutionofferings
    Leverage a combination of strong HRBP and People Operations tactical experience with the ability to help clients align HR strategy to business strategy
    Demonstrate strength in professional services and clientmanagement by effectivelyfosteringclient relationshipsfrom seamless implementation and onboarding throughevery phase of clientevolution andgrowthshowcasinglivingHR'svalue as an enduring strategicpartner
    Lead the design and implementation of comprehensive organizational design strategies including span of control and hierarchical layers, tailored to meet the specific needs and objectives of our clients
    Partner with clients to conduct in-depth analysis of current organizational structures to identify redundancies, develop recommendations for enhancing agility and streamlining operations, and implement initiatives
    Collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders, including HR leaders, executives, and external vendors, to provide strategic guidance and drive consensus and alignment on organizational design initiatives
    Deliver engaging presentations and workshops to educate clients on leadership trends, and best practices, and build their internal capabilities
    Stay abreast of emerging trends and innovations in leadership practices, and proactively identify opportunities to differentiate our consulting offerings and add value to clients
    Lead or contribute to HR technology vendor selection and implementation projects, including requirements gathering, vendor evaluation, system configuration, testing, and training
    Requirements

    Bachelor's degree in relatedfield
    Proven experience (3+ years) in professionalservices management, with a track record ofsuccessful project delivery and clientsatisfaction
    Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in leadership development, organizational design, or related HR functions
    Experience workingas HRBP or broad generalist withinboth SMB and enterpriseorganizations
    Experience with people analytics, survey data, compensation data, and business financial data
    Demonstrate impact through strong subject matterexpertise and client advisement in Organizational Design
    Deep subject matter expertise in organizational design principles, practices, and methodologies

    Extensive experience in conducting in-depth analysis of organizational structures, identifying redundancies, and implementing strategic re-structuring initiatives to streamline operations and enhance agility.

    Skilled in designing adaptable span of control and hierarchical layers, striking the right balance between decentralization and centralized decision-making to foster innovation and responsiveness.

    Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with executives and department heads, providing strategic guidance and actionable recommendations to facilitate smooth transitions during re-structuring efforts.

    HR Technology experience, preferred
    Achieves effective project budget and timelinetargets as well as delegation and project teammanagement
    Proven experience managing and growing clientaccounts (revenue)
    Execution of client strategyaligned to talentstrategy
    Proven track record of driving innovation and continuous improvement to support business objectives and enhance employee engagement and retention
    Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and develop actionable insights and recommendations
    Ability to travel for on-site client facilitations

    $90,000 - $115,000 a year
