We're seeking a Shipping and Receiving Associate to be the driving force behind our shipping and receiving operations in Owings Mills, MD. Pay Rate: $18-19 a hour based on experience

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm

**Must have a valid driver's license**

Key Responsibilities for the Shipping and Receiving Associate:

Perform labor-intensive tasks, including lifting and moving materials (Forklift, Pallet Jack, and hand-truck available)
Verify incoming materials against packing slips and update inventory records
Receive and process product transfers accurately and efficiently
Stock received materials or prepare them for picking orders
Pick and prepare orders by palletizing and shrink wrapping using automated equipment
Utilize our ERP system to pull and process orders from paper documentation
Operate automatic coiler equipment for packaging materials
Load and unload trucks as needed

Skills and Requirements of the Shipping and Receiving Associate:

1-2 years of warehouse experience, preferably in shipping, receiving, or pick-pack operations
High School Diploma or equivalent is required
Forklift experience is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential
Proficiency in using a pallet jack is helpful
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
