Job Description

  • Point of contact for our national and international clients
  • Examination of incoming orders, taking into account import regulations, including input into the IT system
  • Review and clarification of discrepancies and requirements with the client and internal interfaces
  • Preparation of inspection orders for our inspectors and creation of conformity certificates
  • Possibility for mobile work on a daily basis

Qualifications

  • Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship
  • Practical experience in import and export business is desirable
  • Teamoriented, goaloriented, and communicative work style, as well as aboveaverage commitment
  • Basic knowledge of SAP system
  • Very good German and good English skills, as well as good MS Office knowledge
