Your tasks and responsibilities

Ensuring the quality, timely and costeffective execution of orders
Coordination and control of the construction process, conducting construction meetings
Preparation of offers / performance descriptions with corresponding quantity surveys
Commissioning, monitoring and invoicing of services from various service providers
Preparation of outgoing invoices
Contact person for customers

What we expect

Training as a statecertified construction technician or master with experience in construction management
Experience with relevant construction and safety regulations (VOB, DIN standards, DGUV-V)
Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Knowledge of CAD software
Independent work style
