- Analyze marketing campaign data across various mediums, including email, social media, paid search, and web.
- Provide recommendations to leadership, identifying market trends for future spend in performance areas.
- Take performance data and create insightful presentations and dashboards, turning data and KPIs into digestible stories.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Communication teams to brainstorm existing and future campaign development.
- Create and manage reports to ensure all campaigns are running as planned and reaching the intended audience.
- Pull predictive analytics to measure and forecast campaign outcomes for future optimization.
- BA/BS strongly preferred.
- Minimum three years of experience working with Marketing teams (digital marketing / analytics) or digital agency.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel; proficient in formulas, vlookups, macros, and pivot tables.
- Strong analytical skills; must be proficient in analyzing and interpreting earned media and digital data (advanced Excel/Google Sheets knowledge, huge dataset management) from software packages and databases (Cision, Sprinklr, Brandwatch, and SQL).
- Experience dissecting highly complex and large volumes of data into simple KPIs and dashboards and data visualizations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively deliver reports to internal and external stakeholders.
