Job Summary
This role will work within the Business Modality Management Department, and report directly to the SVP of Modality Business Management.
This role needs to develop varying types of informatics tools as needed for the business expansion, take charge of marketing data collection and analysis to help businesses make decisions when launching new products, pricing products and services, and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Support the design, development, and implementation of software solutions related to business operations and execution
- Responsible for all phases of complex report design and development across various platforms and reporting tools
- Conduct local qualitative and quantitative market research projects by cooperating with the segment marketing team
- Track and maintain key industry competitor intelligence and translate it into business insights and recommendations
- Develop systematic approach and accurate reports to understand US market dynamics, key trends, and implications to meet business developing requirements through analyzing relevant US market information (e.g. ECRI, NEMA, etc.)
- Establish an effective channel for reporting (e.g. monthly market intelligence report) through maintaining or updating business intelligence tools, databases, dashboards, systems, or methods.
- Other tasks that are assigned by the manager
Requirements:
Education
- Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science and business analytics
Experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of sales systems operations, business procedures, and relational databases and reporting tools.
- 13 years of related experience
- High knowledge of Excel as well as other Microsoft products
- Communication skills, both oral and written, are necessary to interact with all organizational levels within and outside the company
Required Skills or/ Attributes
- Conceptual and analytical skills to develop solutions and recommendations
- Mastery of the following tools
Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and Salesforce
