Under the direction of the Director of Player Development the incumbent builds and maintains relationships with targeted guests through personal contact by phone and in person in order to generate incremental gaming revenues.

Essential Job Functions:

• Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations and Seminole Tribe of Florida departmental policies and procedures.
• Build and maintain relationships with guests and market our gaming product and amenities to valued guests.
• Increase the growth of gaming revenues through development of a targeted customer base.
• Track guests visits, arrange accommodations and provide complimentaries according to established guidelines.
• Greet guest in the casino and participate in social events and special promotions.
• Issue Players Club cards and promote the program and related promotions.
• Research, update, and organize personal player information to ensure accurate and proper communication.
• Ensure the protection of guests rewards and credit lines.
• Effectively handle customer complaints and discrepancies in an efficient and courteous manner.
• Provide special services to include food, beverage, transportation, cross-property events and Players Club programs.
• Telemarket to active and inactive guests by mail and phone to further develop brand loyalty and visitation to the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino and report the results of these efforts.
• Assist in the development of incentive programs, host goals, special events and marketing programs.
• Maintain up to date knowledge of all electronic gaming machines, player tracking systems, promotions, events, entertainment and general property information.
• Maintain up to date knowledge of competitors promotions.
• Respond to Players Club letters and customer service survey results and communicate that information to the appropriate department manager.
• Safeguard the confidential nature of all departmental and company records.
• Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service by discreetly notifying appropriate management of concerns and observations.
• Demonstrate actions and behaviors that reinforce the Companys Mission and Values of Communication, Integrity, Fun, Respect, Accountability, Passion and Dedication.
• Ensure prompt and discreet notification to management and/or the Ethics Hotline of any observation of illegal acts or internal ethics violations.
• Other duties as assigned.

High school diploma or equivalent required and three (3) years host experience or three (3) years in a supervisory capacity in gaming machines or table games or the equivalent combination of education and experience. Bachelors degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or Marketing preferred.

The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

• The Casino environment is hectic, fast-paced and often crowded and noisy. May be exposed to casino related environmental factors including, but not limited to, second hand smoke, excessive noise and constant exposure to general public.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with guests in English, specific to position duties and responsibilities.

First preference in hiring, training, promoting and in all other aspects of employment is given to members of the Seminole Tribe who meet the job requirements. Second preference is given to members of other federally recognized Native American Tribes who meet the job requirements.
