193776 Position Summary The HR Data Analyst is responsible for building and maintaining HR data dashboards using SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Analytics Cloud; collecting, compiling, and examining HR data, metrics, and statistics; and applying data to make recommendations related to recruitment, retention, and legal compliance.

Duties and Responsibilities Collaborate with various organizational teams to understand their data visualization needs and create dynamic HR dashboards using SAP Analytics Cloud.

Work unassisted or with the IT team to extract people data from SAP SuccessFactors and other data sources, perform data cleansing and transformations as needed, ensuring the accuracy and quality of the data prior to dashboard creation.

Continuously monitor and update existing HR dashboards to ensure they reflect real-time data and remain aligned with HR goals. Conduct basic data analysis to identify trends and insights within HR data, supporting strategic HR decisions. Maintain comprehensive documentation outlining the dashboard development processes, data sources, and data transformation methods. Collaborate cross-functionally to gather data requirements and ensure that HR data supports organizational initiatives. Provide training and support on navigating and interpreting HR dashboards effectively. Perform other related duties as assigned. Follow all company policies, procedures, and work rules. Applies human resource principles and processes to the creation and maintenance of HR dashboards. Utilizes SAP SuccessFactors for data extraction and SAP Analytics Cloud dashboard creation. Attends to details and pursues quality in accomplishing tasks. Demonstrates self-motivation and manages multiple tasks. Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products, including Microsoft Excel. Applies data analysis techniques to create and maintain HR dashboards.

Education and Experience Required:
High school diploma or equivalent. Relevant education or experience within the fields of HR, Data Analysis, Business, or IT. Relevant education or experience using Microsoft Excel. Relevant education or experience building dashboards in Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, Qlik, or other similar tool.

Preferred:
Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Analytics Cloud.

Proficiency in at least one programming language for statistical analysis (preferably R, but Python, SPSS, SAS, STATA, Mathematica, or Matlab will be considered).
