- Screens incoming phone calls and correspondence, and prioritizes and responds independently, when possible.
- Schedules and organizes activities such as meetings, meeting documentations, and video conferences.
- Updates targets the Client Target Management System.
- Serves as primary Time Administrator for the VP area.

Qualifications:
Work from home: 10-20% can work from home but this would be after onboarding phase
Hours:
8am-5pm or 7am-4pm Nice to have requirements: German language skills would be a plus This position will support 3-4 Department Managers.
Position will be responsible for following up on shopping carts approval and PO releases. This person will also schedule and coordinate travel for the Department Managers. This position will sit at the Site Operations Center (SOC building)Intermediate = SAP - (Purchasing, Manager's Desktop, Finance, and Time Administration modules)
Advanced = presentation and organizational skills
Advanced = ability to handle multiple tasks
Expert = communication and organizational skills
Expert = computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Outtask, etc.)
Intermediate = knowledge of organizational processes (budget, headcount)
Intermediate= German language skills
Expert = using and/or knowledge and familiarity with a variety of office equipment (e.g. PC, Printers, Plotters, Video conference, etc...)
