To strengthen our team, we are looking for a

Saxon Clerk of Sales Support (m/f/d) - Part-time possible

Tasks

Preparation of offers and order confirmations
Coordination of sales planning, coordination with production planning
Close coordination with field sales
Creation of sales orders in the ERP system (ProAlpha)
Invoicing
Support of the Managing Director Sales
Clarification of order details with the customer
Maintenance of social media profiles
Creation of sales presentations

Qualifications

Thorough and reliable work ethic, high degree of independence
High level of commitment, teamwork, and customer orientation
Commercial education or equivalent
Fluent in Saxon, English, French, or Danish is advantageous
Experience in vehicle construction, particularly with body manufacturers, is advantageous
Interest in technical products
ProAlpha experience is advantageous
