- Utilize Epic software for claims management.
- Collaborate with the Billing Manager to address any discrepancies or issues.
- Previous experience in denials management and collections.
- Familiarity with healthcare billing practices and insurance processes.
- Proficiency in Epic software preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
