Saviynt is looking for an outstanding and dynamic leader to drive and scale our CI program and help foster our rapid growth.
This is a key role in our Industry and Analyst Relations team working closely with Sales/Pre-Sales, Product Management, Marketing, Engineering, and other teams.
To be successful in this role, you will need at least 7 years of prior CI or Product Management or Product Marketing experience and a strong command in Identity and Access Management space, particularly in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) and Privileged Access Management (PAM).
You would have set up a CI program in the past and driven it. And more importantly, you will need to be comfortable rolling up sleeves and indulging yourself in research.WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Perform competitive analysis, identify differentiators, and help position Saviynt products
Own competitive analysis, battlecards, industry insights and market view reports
Lead win-loss analysis
Enable sales, pre-sales and marketing with competitive positioning
Influence product strategy and roadmap with competitive insights
Present at various conferences and meetings
WHAT YOU BRING
Be passionate with Identity and Security space
Have at least 7 years of prior CI or Product Management or Product Marketing experience in IAM space
Have thought leadership in Identity and Access Management space, particularly in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) space, competitive landscape, challenges, and opportunities
Be strong team player who can rapidly develop credibility and harness relationships
Have excellent oral and written communication skills - be comfortable talking to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Have strong organizational and presentation skills
Be self-directed, comfortable learning things on the fly and getting hands dirty
Be able to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of Klue tool is a huge plus
$205,000 - $225,000 a year

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
At Saviynt, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
A reasonable estimate of the current range is $205,000 to $225,000 annually.
You may also be eligible to participate in a Saviynt discretionary bonus plan, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
