  • The Real Estate Paralegal III will support Invenergy's internal and external counsel with the management, drafting and administration of real estate agreements and related documents associated with land, title and survey issues that arise during the development, financing and operation of utility-scale renewable energy and natural gas projects in North America.
  • The position will be on-site at Invenergy's headquarters in downtown Chicago.
  • Prepare and coordinate the execution of real estate agreements, such as lease and easement agreements (and associated memoranda, amendments and terminations), landowner estoppels, Subordination and Non-Disturbance Agreements and various other land and title documents.
  • Work closely with title companies and internal and external legal counsel to clear title and obtain title insurance policies.
  • Eligible to work in the United States without the need for employer visa sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, depending on the situation.
