    Description
    We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized *Office Assistant* for a well established company in Dothan, AL. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and perform basic accounting data-entry tasks. This position is part-time working anywhere between 15-30 hours a week. It is paying between *$ $19.00* per hour based on your prior experience.

    *Duties:
    • Assist with customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
    • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
    • Support the office by organizing files, documents, and information
    • Reconcile credit card statements and bank statements
    *Requirements:
    • Proven experience in customer support or office administration
    • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
    • Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail


    This position offers a dynamic work environment where you can enhance your administrative skills while contributing to the smooth operation of the office.
