    Shipping / Logistics / Distribution

    Shipping and Logistics Coordinator (w/ EDI) (Bilingual Spanish)

    $20.00 per hour to start plus full benefits

    JobGiraffe's client is a specialist in the Automotive Aftermarket Industry.

    As Shipping and Logistics Coordinator, you will:

    • Support Shipping, logistics and distribution operations
    • Schedule and administer domestic and international customer shipments
    • Communicate with customers, internal teams and shipping carriers
    • Identify shipping carriers with the best rates and terms
    • Use online customer portals to schedule deliveries
    • Create pick tickets for the Warehouse Team
    • Prepare shipping documentation (packing slips, shipping labels, bills of lading)
    • Use the EDI System to send out shipping notifications
    • Troubleshoot issues and complaints as they arise
    • Escalate complex issues as they arise
    • Obtain confirmations of delivery
    • Handle special projects
    • Perform other duties as assigned

    An ideal candidate profile will include:

    • Fluency in Spanish

    With:

    • Shipping and Logistics experience
    • Experience with shipping documentation
    • Experience scheduling freight pickups
    • Experience with an EDI or similar

    Pluses:

    • +++ International shipping experience
