- Proactively consult with both executives, managers and employees regarding career/development, leadership, retention and engagement topics to drive continuous improvement and growth;
- Facilitate the performance management and talent processes including communications, consulting with managers, data management and reporting, and technical support;
- Ensure that annual rewards programs are properly defined, reviewed and communicated to the organization in a timely manner in accordance with company policies & procedures;
- Manage employee relations issues;
- Ensure delivery of employee and leadership development programs;
- Ensure the talent acquisition process is efficient and facilitate position approvals, offers and candidate experience;
- Responsible for onboarding process and employee experience;
- Manage in an accurate, confidential and secure manner, all employee data;
- Drive policies and procedures;
- Train and develop junior resource(s);
- Work closely with immigration team, payroll, finance etc.
- Track, analyze and report on employee turnover and other recruitment statistics, conduct exit interviews;
- Assist the broader HR team and HR leader with special projects and research;
- Develop an understanding of business operations and objectives to assure people priorities and activities are strategically aligned with the needs of Artech;
- Act as a catalyst behind the development and implementation of various people initiatives and HR policies;
- Influence and/or deploy practices to increase employee engagement and satisfaction; and drive practices that enable high performance and operational excellence.
- Bachelor's degree in business or human resources management is required.
- 3+ years Human Resources supervisory/management experience
- Experience in transforming, implementing and driving change within HR.
- Must have experience consulting in a complex, matrix organization supporting multi-site operations is required
- Must have intermediate experience using MS Office programs and HR systems for supporting day-to-day HR matters, data-driven decision making, presentations and reporting and analytics
- Must be organized, detail-oriented, highly flexible and able to multi-task as well as work quickly with tight deadlines
- Must have HR generalist expertise with a strong ethical, customer service, and interpersonal/ collaborative work style
- PeopleSoft experience is a plus

Description
The Corporate Human Resources Manager will possess excellent communication skills, business acumen, HR technical skills and the ability to function in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment. Must have the ability to dive deep into the trenches, while simultaneously acting as a strategic partner and coach to leaders, manager and employees across the organization. Diagnose challenges, strategize solutions and implement change. You will play a critical role in reinforcing the Artech brand and culture while continuously assessing and understanding business priorities to determine how HR can approach best support the organization. You also will contribute and help lead the HR function of a high growth, high performing organization, while enhancing its ability to hear and respond to the voice of the customer and employee experience.
