    Description

    Under supervision of Manager of Facility, assist department staff in implementation and fact finding for an experienced Facility Call Center, Plaza planning efforts and furniture requisitions.

    Required Qualifications:

    • 3 + years of facility/project management
    • Requires ON SITE presence daily
    • Be able to answer emergency service calls from associates and communicate to engineering staffs between 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on weekdays
    • Perform administrative tasks relating to SharePoint data maintenance and updates on the Project and Furniture site.
    • Maintain and updates electronic furniture files.
    • Perform requisitions for stock furniture requests.
    • Perform room inventories of Plaza space including conference room oversight.
    • MAINTAINS physical inventory and data library updates of GEICO artwork
    • Perform p-lining on iOffice and CMMS (Work Order Program) to create work orders and create monthly report to the REFM management
    • Maintain accurate physical workstation labeling consistent with floor plans.
    • Organize electronic files, safety documents and Facility Operation documents
    • Maintain Event calendar and process the set-up requirement
    • Be able to process the material orders and communicate the order status
    • Maintain for Electric Vehicle Charge stations and manage procedures
    • Back up duty to manage janitorial and carpet cleaning contractor and resolve any issues from associates
    • Back up duty to manage pest control vender and resolve any issues from associates
    • Perform and document for elevator, building and restroom inspections
    • Maintain to organize and support officer's meeting, benefit, and any other major events
    • Maintain contact list for all vendor's management and emergency services
    • Perform miscellaneous tasks required by planning, Facilities and real estate staff as needed.
    • Be active and inspect the three facilities monthly and create work orders.
