Description

In project management, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting tasks for project planning, consulting, and execution
  • Creating and editing project proposals
  • Participating in contract negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers
  • Assisting with project control, cost tracking, and change management
  • Performing technical review of invoices and project billing
  • Assisting with defect resolution and documentation creation

Ideally, you have:

  • A degree or further education as a master/technician in the field of building technology
  • Previous practical experience in project management
  • Basic knowledge of contract law and relevant regulations such as DIN, VDI, and GEFMA
