Description

Oakdale is looking for a qualified pedagogical professional (m/f/d) to join our team at the Social Pedagogical Youth House Allach.

The facility will be temporarily closed for construction in early 2023 and is set to reopen in early 2024 under new management and with a new team.

The SJH Allach is a fully supervised residential group home with eight spots for young people aged 12 and above.

Our goal is to provide a temporary home for these young individuals and support them in their independence and, if applicable, their return to their families.

The new team will have the exciting and creative task of structurally and conceptually building up the facility to offer a family-like and secure living situation for the young residents in the long term.

The team will work in shifts, which will be planned together.

In addition to building relationships with the young people and managing daily group activities, the team will also work with parents and collaborate with relevant authorities.
