Job Description

We are currently seeking an intern (m/f/div.) for the Human Resources department, starting as soon as possible.

Join our team and gain a holistic understanding of the Human Resources department at the Robert Bosch Foundation. During your internship, you will gain exciting insights into our processes, topics, and projects.

As part of the recruitment process, you will review application documents, coordinate job interviews, and communicate with applicants. You will also assist with posting job advertisements and preparing interview guidelines.

You will actively participate in the company's health management (BGM). This includes independently managing our sports programs, coordinating occupational health consultations, and publishing articles on BGM topics on the intranet.
