- Recruit physician or advance practice providers from designed marketing strategies.
- Research and design effective marketing strategies (internet or journal posting, postcard mailer, email and text broadcasts, conference advertising etc.) to meet recruitment goals.
- Maintain information in applicant tracking system (ATS) with reviews and updates.
- Update information within company database on consistent basis by sourcing and inputting new candidate information.
- Negotiating rates and contracts with various providers
- Consistently developing relationships with new and existing providers
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organization and time management skills.
- Self-starter, resourceful and results oriented – "Ability to think outside the box"
- Ability to work independently, multitask, meet deadlines and be adaptable to an ever-changing environment.
- Comfortable speaking, meeting and presenting to physician and advanced practitioners
- Possess strong working knowledge of MS Excel, navigating CRM type software, and have adaptability to new technology in general
