    JOB SUMMARY:

    Come and join our dynamic team of dedicated professionals. As a Healthcare Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting candidates for our various entities. You will identify and attract highly qualified individuals through cold calling, networking, referrals, and advertising. You will also provide customer and administrative support to hiring managers. Being a member of the team requires working at a fast pace, while meeting weekly and monthly goals. You are expected to develop candidate pipelines that meet staffing needs, while building a reputation for solid, competent and caring placements.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

    Recruitment including sourcing, screening, and any other tasks as required

    Developing innovative recruiting strategies for sourcing and hiring

    Ability to attract passive candidates

    Interviewing applicants and submitting their qualifications for review to the appropriate hiring manager

    Accurately relay information gathered in interviews to present key qualifications to hiring managers

    Providing great customer service to candidates by responding to all calls/emails in a timely manner

    Maintain accurate information throughout the candidate lifecycle

    Provide regular updates to the CEO, Director of HR, and hiring managers

    Assist with full cycle recruitment of corporate support and office staff positions as needed

    QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

    MUST have at least 2 years experience recruiting

    Excellent sourcing/screening skills

    Strong verbal and written communication skills

    Outstanding interpersonal skills, interviewing, negotiation and closing skills

    Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

    Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Word

    Bachelor's degree preferred

    Previous experience with Recruitment platforms is a plus
