    The FAST (Financial Applications & Services Team) is looking for an Accounting Business Process & Systems Analyst to join us in our Denver, CO office.

    This person will work with Accounting stakeholders across the globe to solve complex business problems by thinking both inside and outside the box.

    We are looking for someone who has strong data analytic skills, like's working with others and enjoys finding creative solutions to challenges.

    The role interfaces between strategic partners and the business stakeholders to improve business intelligence and other analytic capabilities.

    Key Responsibilities Include

    Evaluate requirements using interviews, data analysis, business process documentation, and working sessions.
    Proactively communicate and collaborate with the business to prioritize requirements, evaluate solutions, identify potential risks, and define proposed solutions. Work to implement the improvements with the greatest business value.
    Successfully engage and lead multiple, simultaneous initiatives, and report on progress towards delivery goals. Manage to timelines and proactively identify risks.
    Create design documents, training manuals and track open design questions throughout implementation lifecycles.
    Complete accurate data entry of accounting setup, security and related tasks, as requested from the user community.
    Actively look to identify opportunities to streamline repetitive tasks to improve customer experience and minimize turnaround time. Observe and monitor system activity to identify vulnerabilities or areas of improvement.

    Building blocks for success

    Required

    2+ years of related experience
    Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university
    Experience in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; familiarity with Smartsheet, RPA, Jira and Service Now

    Ability to be detail oriented and see the big picture

    Preferred

    Experience working with ERP systems
    PeopleSoft experience
    Knowledge of the commercial real estate industry (specifically industrial real estate)

    Hiring Salary Range of:
    $58,000-$80,000. Salary and whole compensation package to be determined by the candidate's location, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
