Customer Service Representative Overview

As an Outbound Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for initiating outbound calls to potential customers, introducing our products/services, and generating leads to contribute to our company's growth.

Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers using a prepared script.
Introduce and promote company products/services to generate interest and qualify leads.
Build and maintain positive relationships with potential customers.
Record and document all interactions and feedback for future follow-ups.
Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for call volume and lead generation.
Manage large amounts of calls in a timely manner.
Collaborate with team to transfer qualified leads for further follow-up.
Set up appointments with customers who are interested in service
Other duties are assigned as needed by needs of the Company.

Do I have what it takes?

1+ years in a call center or customer service position
Previous experience in outbound calling or telemarketing preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated.

Pay Range: per hour DOE
