Brief Description:

We are looking for someone who is an organizer, detail-oriented and strong academically. You must be able to initiate and start tasks on your own and be able to manage yourself. Responsibilities:


  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Handle customer complaints, including difficult/escalated callers
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and provide followup support
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

Skills

  • Must have a strong work history and a proven punctuality track record.
  • Proven customer support experience
  • Strong phone contact handling skills
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Pay:
$ /HR


Shift:
Monday-Friday + Rotating Saturday, 8:00 AM-6:00 PM
