Availability:
MUST HAVE AVAILABILITY FROM 8:30 am until 5:00 pm.
Purpose
The Front-Line Sales Associate speaks with and leads guests on a tour of model units with the intention of converting guests into Vacation Club Owners.
Principal Duties and ResponsibilitiesPresents information to the guest on the benefits of vacation ownership with Capital Vacations, LLC.
Completes property tours of the condos and discuss guest needs.
Calls Manager to present financial options for potential ownership with Capital Vacations, LLC.
All other duties as assigned.
General Statement
Education, Essential Training / Certifications, and Experience:
High School diploma/GED referred.
Maintain 10% closing, measured by monthly sales reports.
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
Maintain a high level of professionalism.
Excellent customer services skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Flexible schedule
Ability to travel –Road Shows
Shift:
Weekends and holidays are required
