Unarmed Security Supervisor | Hollywood | Night Life - Wednesday thru Sunday
Phoenix Private Security is currently seeking an experienced Security Supervisor for a full-time position, Wednesday through Sunday.

The role involves overseeing our client's hotel rooftop tourism center, working alongside and leading an existing, high-performing team to meet client specifications.

The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure that our on-duty security officers adhere to company policies and maintain high standards of professionalism and performance.

Must be willing and available to work weekends, from afternoon to late night.

Responsibilities:

Inspect officers' uniforms, equipment, and general appearance to ensure they meet the company's professional standards.
Verify that security officers follow established protocols, including access control procedures, patrolling routines, incident reporting, and emergency response protocols.
Provide onsite guidance and support to security officers, addressing any policy violations, performance issues, or training needs.
Document observations and findings accurately, preparing detailed reports for each site visit.
Collaborate with the management team to develop and update company policies, procedures, and training materials based on identified compliance gaps or emerging industry trends.
Coordinate with the Human Resources department to ensure that security officers receive the necessary training and certifications to meet job requirements.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in nightlife settings is required, including managing intoxicated individuals and employing deescalation techniques.
Previous experience in the security industry or a related field within a leadership role is strongly preferred.
Excellent knowledge of security practices, policies, and procedures.
Strong observational skills and attention to detail to assess officer performance accurately.
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with security officers, clients, and the management team.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills to effectively prioritize the site's operational needs.

Minimum Requirements:

Verifiable Night-Life Experience as a supervisor
A valid governmentissued driver's license and a clean driving record is a MUST.
Valid Guard Card issued by the California Bureau of Security and Investigative Services
Ability to perform essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation, such as long periods of standing with a professional posture.
Have excellent ENGLISH verbal and written skills. And excellent Communication skills.
Available weekends and nights

Be height/weight proportional, have a neat, professional appearance, and have the ability to pass a physical fitness screening.
Have access to reliable transportation and a track record of being ON-TIME to work.
